1. Order Cancellation
We process and pack orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of booking by contacting our WhatsApp support desk or via email.
Once an order has been verified, packed, and handed over to our courier partner for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled or modified from our system.
2. Return Policy
We take immense pride in the quality of our printed editions. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery specifically for items that arrive damaged or defective.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of damage or manufacturing defect (clear photos or unboxing videos) is required for approval.
3. Exchange & Replacement Policy
Exchange or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We will coordinate a replacement if your order has printing, binding, or transit defects.
Fulfillment Timeline: Once approved, your exchanged or replaced product will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days and delivered within 3 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our hub.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return request is officially received, inspected, and approved by our fulfillment team, we will process your refund:
- Processing Window: Your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of approval.
- Credit Timeline: The refund will be credited directly to your original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.
- Please note that standard shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charges are strictly non-refundable.
